What are some neat projects that your company is currently working on?
XGR is currently working with a prime government contractor to provide shielding for their newest, hand held, high tech military drone. In addition, we are providing shielding to a global leader in MRI coils and have begun collaborating on their next generation product. Be sure to keep an eye out for more information on those projects coming soon!
How would you describe your company’s culture?
Externally, we are 100% customer focused. Internally, we strive to have zero “check the box” activities and work only on things that add value.
How does your company differentiate itself from your competitors?
Customization. We design EMI shields to fit the customers PCB layout rather than having the customer design their PCB to fit an EMI shield.
If you could see anyone in concert, alive or dead, who would it be and why?
U2 … their music has triggered great memories from my life for over four decades!
