[Wilson, NC] – RIoT is excited to announce the launch of the seventeenth cohort of the RIoT Accelerator Program (RAP XVII), welcoming seven startups to the twelve week program.

Selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants, the startups in this cohort represent a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, wellness, data privacy, and smart cities. Each team brings a unique perspective and a passion for leveraging Data and IoT technologies to solve real-world challenges.

Workshops for these startups will be hosted at the Gig East Exchange in Wilson, NC, allowing them to leverage the exchange’s resources while bringing their innovative solutions to the region.

PraanaTech is led by Mythra Varun Nemallapudi and Carlos Zorraquino and is based in Chicago, IL.

Predicate is pioneering scalable healthcare through their AI/NLP platform and biosensors to detect serious illness from everyday symptoms.

Predicate is led by cofounders Morris Nguyen and Kody Roza and is based in Wilmington, NC.

SenterME is a transformative emotional wellness platform, passionately committed to empowering women professionals through cutting-edge wellness solutions.

Sportscale, Inc. has developed a smart scale platform that revolutionizes the weight collection process in athletics.
