Bernard Vachon, VP of Embedded Engineering at Cardinal Peak, will survey the different technologies available today (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, Z-wave, LoRa, etc.) and cover some of the pros and cons. Bernard will also explore some of the IoT platforms that are gaining traction (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.) and some of the voice enablement capabilities that leverages the IoT infrastructure.
