In 2018, Bayer Digital Pest Management went to market with a platform to support digital remote monitoring tools for public health pests. After being in the market for a couple years, and through continuous customer/client engagement, in 2020 they went through a process with Sway UX to truly improve the customer experience with their platform.
Bayer realized through a continuous feedback loop that there was an opportunity to learn and evolve their platform, but did not have the internal resources to fully capture this information in a meaningful and impactful manner.
