RIoT presents a new, unique business coaching resource for the Wilson community this Fall. The RIoT Wilson Pre-Accelerator Program is a six week course to support small businesses during a tumultuous time.
WHO: You are a small business owner, startup founder, or prospective entrepreneur.
WHEN: The program launches November 8th and wraps up December 13th.. Time commitment is three, 90-min workshops (dates below) and three, 1-hour advising sessions (to be scheduled once your application has been approved) over the course of six weeks.

November 22nd, 5:30-7:30pm
December 6th, 5:30-7:30pm
WHAT: Weekly virtual workshops and advising sessions specifically tailored to help you reach your next milestones. The course covers the below topics as well as strategies for navigating business in a post-COVID economy:
I. Core Business Truths & Best Practices: What are all the ingredients you need to operate a successful business? What are the habits you must build as a business owner to establish and grow your business?
II. Validation: How do you continually engage with your customers (or potential customers) and understand if you’re solving a real problem with the right solution?
III. Operations 101: How do you manage your finances, your team, and your customer relationships?
